Bid it  Want a MTV Movie Awards backstage pass signed by Justin Timberlake? Or a bicycle signed by comedian Will Ferrell? Log on to www.Bid2BeatAIDS.com and bid for memorabilia from your favourite stars, including Madonna, Keanu Reeves and Coldplay! Bidding begins on December 1 on eBay and all proceeds will go to LIFEbeat, the Music Industry Fights AIDS. Highlight of the auction will be the unique ‘Lend-A-Hand to LIFEbeat’ cards made by the stars tracing their hands on special paper, adding their own personal artistic touch and signing it all off with an autograph. It is all official so you certainly won’t get a fake deal. And, hey, it’s for charity. Folks looking for Britney Spears’ underwear or Pharrell’s unfinished sandwiches, go elsewhere!

Wash it  Kiehl’s, the New York-based skin and hair care company, is supporting World AIDS Day with a limited edition grapefruit hand and body cleanser. With extracts from the citrus fruit and aloe barbadensis leaf juice, the cleanser doesn’t only smell delicious, it looks great too – especially with artwork designed by young NYC artist Magnolia Porter, winner of the ‘Draw a Vision of Hope’ contest. Kiehl’s hosts SHOP TO STOP AIDS and all proceeds from sales of the cleanser will benefit local charity AIDS Concern.

Raza it
Raza it The Moto RAZR may be the only phone to have these days but that isn’t a virtue. Which is probably why the folks over at Product(Red) have launched a red version to entice all you phoneophiles and do something good at the same time: with every sale of a Red RAZR, Motorola will make a donation to The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis. The phones are only currently available in the UK and the US, but Motorola plan on rolling them out internationally in 2007. Check out www.joinred.com for more details.

Tag it
Be a soldier in the good fight and show your support for Youth AIDS, an organization that raises AIDS awareness and offers support for teenagers and children affected by the disease. Youth AIDS are selling dog tags emblazoned with the three words that encapsulate their campaign – Hear, See, Speak. They have partnered with major shoe and accessory label ALDO and many celebs have lent their weight to the campaign, including Ludacris, Charlize Theron and Michelle Yeoh. Buy the tags on the website, www.youthaids-aldo.org.

Safe sex is the only way to go, and that’s why the geniuses over at Pronto have created the ultimate condom – you can slip it on in five seconds and it won’t kill the mood. No more fumbling, no more worrying – just sit back, and, er, enjoy the ride. Right now, it’s only available in South Africa where it was designed and made but keep a lookout for a worldwide release. In the meantime, check out the demo at www.prontocondoms.co.za. Remember: no glove, no love.
