The Tokyo trial took place after the Second World War lasted for two and a half year. Eleven nations gathered and tried to bring justice to the innocents and punish war criminals. Director Gao Qunshu is bringing the historical event onto the silver screen and if you find the subject too serious, well, you can always look at the all-star cast.
