Extraordinary Night
Good news: Dolores O’Riordan, the unique voice of The Cranberries, is finally putting out a solo album and visiting Hong Kong this month. Bad news: her only gig in town is a private event which means you can’t get through the door even with money in your pocket. But you’re a bc reader and you’re in luck as we have three pairs of guest list invites to give away, if you tell us quick enough: where was the video for Ordinary Day shot?

Canadian Punk
After selling 8 million copies of Under My Skin, Avril Lavigne is back with her third album, The Best Damn Thing. The best thing we can say is that the Canadian punk-pop singer-songwriter is coming to Hong Kong on May 2 and the damndest thing is for you to find out and tell us the name of the emotional ballad Avril wrote for the film Eragon, also featured on the album. That is if you want to win a copy of The Best Damn Thing. Courtesy: Sony BMG HK

Nepalese Treat
You’ve read about Nepalese food, now we offer you a chance to taste it. Nepal Restaurant (G/F 14 Staunton Street, SoHo, Central) will give a $500 dinner voucher to a reader who can answer this: what are the colours of the Nepalese flag?

Fairy Tale
Hailed as last century’s JK Rowling, legendary writer Beatrix Potter created a series of books and characters – including Peter Rabbit – that we today still love as much as the people did 100 years ago. Directed by Chris Noonan and starring Renée Zellweger and Ewan McGregor, Miss Potter tells of her story and world of fantasy. To win a pair of tickets to the film, tell us: who sings You Taught Me How to Dance, the musical theme of the movie? Courtesy: Golden Scene

Movie Lion
Directed by Marco Mak and Francis Ng, Dancing Lion is an action comedy revolving around how Ah Kai and Ah Kui, both with no hope, no goal and no aspirations, find meaning again through lion dance, the traditional Chinese entertainment. It stars Anthony Wong, Teresa Mo and Francis Ng. To win a pair of tickets to the movie, tell us any film Mak and Ng have previously collaborated in.
