KRAUSS & PLANT

Robert Plant was the legendary Led Zeppelin’s lead singer and songwriter, Alison Krauss has 20 Grammy Awards to her name. And though their sounds are completely different, their new collaboration album Raising Sand has garnered some great reviews, including Vanity Fair’s “an unexpected masterpiece,” and Mojo’s “one of the best albums of the year.” On the album, the unlikely duo cover the likes of The Everly Brothers, Tom Waits and Doc Watson. We have 10 copies of the UK PopChart- and US Billboard-topping album to give away. Just correctly tell us this: After Led Zeppelin disbanded, Plant and another member of the group famously toured through the mid-90s and formed their own successful duet group, what was the name of this other band member?

WAR STORIES
After The Banquet, comes Chinese director Feng Xiaogang’s Assembly – focusing on another part of China’s history. This time, he sets us in 1948, during the Huaihai Campaign. Captain Gu loses his entire troop to the atrocities of war and, as the one remaining survivor, endeavours to gather the remains of his fallen comrades to prove that they existed and to restore their ranks. Based on true events, Assembly has been garnering decent buzz and was chosen as the opening film of the 2007 Pusan International Film Festival as well as was considered a highlight of the HK Asian Film Festival this year. Though the movie comes out here on January 3, we have 5 pairs of tickets to a preview screening December 30 at either 7pm or 9:30pm at the HKCEC in Wan Chai. All you have to do is answer this question: What year did Feng Xiaogang’s breakthrough film, Dream Factory, come out in?
