Music Explosion
Soon after its founding in late 2004, Beijing band Queen Sea Big Shark quickly became one of the most watched bands in China’s capital city. And on Friday, April 4, Hong Kongers will have a chance to see and hear these garage dance rock specialists, famed for their infectious dance rock sound, in live action when they headline the Beijing Explosion 3 show at the Fringe Club’s Fringe Gallery. The music will get going at 10:30pm. To get yourself one pair of tickets to this live music event, simply answer this question: What is the name of Queen Sea Big Shark’s lead singer?

Ballet Showcase
Watch This Space is the title as well as exhortation of the HK Ballet regarding the Young Choreographers Showcase of eight new contemporary and neo classical pieces the dance company will present on April 18 to 20 at the Sheung Wan Civic Centre’s Theatre. Set to pop, rock and classical music, the choreographed ballets also come with intriguing titles like Ambush, Footprints and Collage of One. We have three pairs of tickets to the April 18 opening night performance at 7:30pm to give away. To win a pair of these, all you have to do is to tell us what is the name of the HK Ballet’s Artistic Director.

Beyond’s Paul Wong, Wong Ka Keung and Yip Sai Wing, local rock bands Purple Nine, Kolor, Headhunter and Hardpack together with Beijing’s Chang Ya Yung and Sober – sound tempting? Well, the OM East Wind Music Gig on April 2 at 8pm in Club PP is a private party, but we have five pairs of tickets to give away. Just tell us: What is the name of Sober’s new album?
