Unsolicited Shooting

The photographer will shoot photos (and maybe video).

The photos will be uploaded to bc magazine’s website as well as social media eg. Facebook/Instagram.

Photos can be freely downloaded for personal use provided the bc magazine logo is not removed and credit is given via a link to bc magazine.

NO usage of photos for commercial products, physical or digital media – including but not limited to magazines, newspapers, websites, social media, posters etc – without prior written permission.

Event / Shared Use Commissioned Photography

The photographer will shoot photos and video as requested.

A link will be provided so that photos can be downloaded logo free for use as desired.

Unless requested the photos will be uploaded to bc magazine’s website as well as social media eg. Facebook/Instagram.

Private Shooting

Individual Photos

Logo free photos and prints can be purchased here or via bc magazine’s website.

General Terms and Conditions

If we agree to paid or free shooting, you do not have any rights for damages or compensation if the photographer cannot make the shoot or if the media material (photos or videos) turn out to be unusable for any reason.
